Even beats the Odds. Its like apples and oranges. She did everything she could to be the best girlfriend. She even published her own manga that relates to her own life. This girl who rarely meets and talks with a guy once or twice a year takes her chances and grabs while she's at it. She's eager to find love and realized her lesson after she got hurt.

Yet she doesnt know that she was idolized by that popular girl. Along with him is her 'boyfriend'. They asked her to join their manga club yet she refused at first. Befriends to the popular couple was a hassle because they need to keep their club a secret.

My thoughts about it. I do admire her determination on finding love and open to experience heart aches. She's too dreamy when it comes to guys. And gives in easilw. I admire girls like her, full of determination. And I cant believe the popular girl was like that. Looks can be decieving. I've noticed guys are gathering on her. Awe~ And there's this guy, whom I think has an unrequited love for her. Though, it doesnt show it in the story. But that's how I see it. He has liked her for a long time ago. Oh, please quit the warnings and ignorances. You just simply loved her ALOT!

Well, this is an awesome one-volume story that'll make you laugh, cry and relate with it. Try reading Yasuko's other works.

2012 year-end release, I did said that I'll include shoujo-ai. This one shot girls-love focus on two girls who find their feelings kept at first. A girl who like her friend yet the other doesnt considepgp girl-to-girl relationship. Well, thats what she truly knew. Then it revealed when both of them confessed their feelings. She was just testing her if she does like it as well. I somewhat like softcore girls-love story. There pure as to being sweet. They're like girl friends but better 'girlfriends'.

Here's the thing. Whether you liked the person who has the same as yours. It doesnt matter. As long you truly love each other. That's what true love and happiness is.

Thumbs up for this couple. Not too clingy. Just right amount of sweetness. Romantic-comedy where a teddw bear has a special participation in the story.

Try reading other works of Ms. Tanaka 'cos I'm gonna do it as well. Let's do!

2012 year-end release, DanDan was meant for 'warmth' in english. This oneshot story focuses more on highschool students who used to be bestfriends but creates distance when one starts to develop feelings to another. Their warmth as friends became cold. One who confessed his feelings. And other, who doesnt see him as a lover. The guy said it many times, how she loves her and how he wants to be her lover and be beyond friends. Even their friends, see them as dating. The guy started to ignore her and firmly wanted her whatever it takes. Thus, the distance grew larger and made them realize how important one is. Doesnt care if their friendship breaks as long they are beside each other and start off as lovers starting that day.

It is really hard if you develop feelings for a friend and knowing that he/she doesnt have the same feeling as you. Its kinda difficult to be with him/her. I do know that kind of feeling. There's this guy classmate of mine. I started to talking to him and taking the same subjects with him. We became friends. Whenever, I tried to express my feelings, he took it as a joke. So, for me not be embarrassed. I also take it as a joke. Until now, I do have feelings yet its just that. Even I experience these kinds of situations like the characters' in oneshots. :)

Well, that's it. Just dont give up on your love. Stay strong! You'll never know.... :)

One should be careful of what you wish for. You'll never know if it'll granted by good or evil Gods/ spirits. Being greedy to wishes wouldnt be good outcome.

This is a romantic-supernatural story where fox spirits came to the picture.

I love white-haired guys in the manga having kind and pure personality then changes into evil luring fox guys! Thumbs up for them! I Hail guys like them >_<

Girls VS Boys - face matters

For girls, face really does matter alot. Though others may not admit. But for us girls, we should look clean and presentable towards people - especially guys. Our face is like our vain essence. Sometimes, we would like to put make-up on, just to look pretty and cute. Aside from clothes, colors and makeup are our allies. A good foundation and sweet natural lipstick does the trick. But girls, less makeup more prettify effect. It does not mean that we should put makeup at all times, being natural is A+ perfect as well. We should always remember to wash our face after and do our everyday regime for healthy skin.

Who said boys are not allowed for makeup and healthy regime? We know guys are known for being fine in how they look whether clean or not. Does not care about their skin and appearance. And just wear whatever they want. But these changes my views in other guys. I know alot of guys who's more conscious than I am. They would take long just to fix their hair in the mirror. (narcissists?) Guys have their own regime and care about their skin to be healthy as well. They dont put alot of makeup, like we do, but do effort alot on their hair, body and clothes.

There's a gag scene on this manga. Kinda real though but are overly reacted on this.

I know some girls like these. ^_^

Out of my 2012 year-end and Halloween special categories, I'm continuing my league on spreading one chapter romances. Here's Ms. Komura's work, Hot Milk. Actually, a collection of oneshots. A quartet short stories, in my own terms and languages. I'll make my one glossary next time. ^_^

So, yeah. Hot milk. This is what I usually drink since I was kid. I love it when its still warm and creamy. Especially, while reading manga. Well, this story focuses more on girls' side and views. The draw so much love they'll give to the guys. One who's life stopped being lifeless with the faithful encounter, the other being positive outlooking yet very dreamy, the other is somewhat striving too hard not knowing what the outcome will be, and the last story focus on how milk helps us girls to have bigger breasts! :)

Chapter 1 and 2 is out yet the other two is still ongoing. But I'll update to that soon!

Another oneshot spin-off or related short story from the main story 'Usotsuki Lily'. It is all about the manager's story in the past telling how he and his deceased wife met a long time ago. As we all know, he works at his cafe or cake shop now. Back in his teenage years, he used to have a grumpy face and one-line eyebrows that makes customers away. But that valentine's day, someone- his wife back then, confessed to him. And on white's day, he decided to confess to her as well not knowing that day was also her wife's white birthday. :)

Old people's love stories are the best. Especially, if the story pretells the past love stories. Awww~ Try reading 'Usotsuki Lily' as well. It was the same chapter with 'Sweets Honey'. :)
